Checking on your order status after payment

     

    You are free to check your order status from when you first place the order via your account.

     

    We will send you emails whenever your order status has changed, just to keep you up to date with what is happening. If you do not see the emails in your inbox or junk mail, please contact our customer service and we will give you updates and resolve the email problem.

Tracking your shipment

     

    You will receive a tracking number and also a link to the courier website(normally track that number on https://www.17track.net) when your package is shipped. If you provided an email address to us when you ordered we will send it to this address when we receive it.

     

    It usually takes 1 business days for the tracking number to be released from the courier so please be patient.

     

    If after 3 business days you have not received an email and it is not visible in your account please contact our customer service team here.
